These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) apply to all sales of digital files offered on the 360data-bi.com website (hereinafter “the Site”) operated by 360 DATA BI.

By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions without reservation.

2. Products offered

The Site offers downloadable digital files for sale. The purpose of these files is to present the Excel methodology, through the combination of various Excel functions, enabling the implementation of multidimensional analyses.

The digital files are supplied in a format specified on the product sheet. Digital files are intended for strictly personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise stated.

3. Order
a) Ordering process
To place an order:

• Select the digital file of your choice and add it to your basket.

• Confirm your basket.

• Fill in the information required to process your order.

• Proceed to payment by one of the methods proposed.

• An order confirmation will be sent to you by email.

b) Order validation

Any validated order constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these GTC. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute, suspicion of fraud or non-payment.

 

4. Prices

Prices for digital files are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes.
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is validated.

No delivery charges apply, as digital files are available for download.

 

5. Payment

Payment is made online via the secure payment methods offered on the Site: credit card (Stripe), IDeal, Alipay.

The digital file will be available for download as soon as payment has been confirmed.

 

6. Delivery
a) Delivery terms

The digital files ordered are accessible immediately after validation of payment, via a download link sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.

b) Technical problems

In the event of a problem with the download, please contact us at 360databi@gmail.com, specifying the details of your order.

 

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you acknowledge and accept that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of digital files once the download has been completed or begun.

Before finalizing your order, you must expressly confirm your waiver of the right of withdrawal.

 

8. Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of downloaded digital files, particularly in the event of incompatibility with your hardware or software.

It is your responsibility to check technical compatibility before making a purchase.

 

9. Intellectual property rights

All digital files sold on the Site are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The purchase of a digital file grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use it. Any reproduction, modification, distribution or resale is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of 360 DATA BI.

 

10. Protection of personal data
Your personal data is collected as part of your order and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of 360 DATA BI's registered office.
